Back up your data !
Ever lost valuable files due to a system crash or other mysterious ‘operator error’? Even the most casual PC users should have a strong, repeatable, easy to follow back up strategy. There are several free tools that can make this job every easy.
With cost of of memory sticks, jump drives, or other USB based storage dropping daily, it would not be hard to find a 4+gig USB memory stick for your back ups. Look at theses from CDW>> . Unless you take a ton of pictures, this should be enough for your daily documents and emails.
A small business may need to invest in a larger storage device like one of these:

Once the back up media is ready, download SyncBack from 2BrightSparks. This freeware tool can be set to back up your files by creating a new Profile for your MyDocuments folder. More profiles can be set up if you have data stored in more than one directory.
